Born and raised in Walla Walla, WA, Brandon Watts is a construction professional who believes in the foundation of a vision for your custom home or commercial project that will last for generations. After graduating from Walla Walla High School, Brandon earned his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University where he later went on to earn his professional design-build certification and LEED accreditation while applying his expertise in the field, primarily in the Seattle metro area working with Contractors who are rated in the Top 100 in the US. He has designed, permitted, and built in King County who has some of the most rigorous and challenging requirements in Washington State, besides working in Walla Walla, WA.

Brandon brings more than 19 years in design and construction with 15 years in Seattle where he gained the knowledge, skills and experience by working on some the most iconic projects such as Seattle Space Needle and has provided oversight and project management for commercial projects valued more than $100 million in construction costs.

Brandon is an active leader who works diligently to develop solutions to maximize value and cultivate long lasting relationships with his business partners. Brandon works proactively with our clients to develop projects that meet their needs in an integrated and proactive manner.

Both Brandon and his wife Nacole are native Walla Wallan's that have been together since Freshman in High School. After spending the first 15 years of their professional careers in the Seattle area they are happy to be back home spending time with their two kids, friends and family and sharing with their kids what makes this valley a special place to live and work. They look forward to meeting new friends and clients and re-connecting with those they grew up with in the city so nice they named it twice!
